The ergonomic design of the Rigid-Lock QuickBerm® provides full access inside the berm, with unobstructed side-to-side floor space for vehicles, foot traffic, and cleaning. Its patented Rigid-Lock wall supports keep the 12-inch (305-mm) high sidewalls securely in place at a 90° angle, reducing tripping hazards along the perimeter. The berm is easy to deploy, offering reliable spill containment with robust structural integrity, including reinforced corners to prevent sagging or unwrapping.

The walls feature a 1-inch (25-mm) fray-resistant hem for added strength, and each support has a nylon hub for anchoring in high winds (up to 40 mph). The sidewalls lower quickly for drive-in/out access, and the portable design folds flat for storage. The supports can handle extreme temperatures (-50°F to 160°F) and vehicle weights over 11,000 lbs (5,000 kg) per tire. They remain stable even when the berm is fully loaded, and the stainless steel supports are replaceable if damaged.

The Rigid-Lock QuickBerm® helps meet EPA spill prevention (SPCC) requirements. The main difference between the QuickBerm® Plus and the standard version is the thickness of the PVC-coated fabric, with the Plus being more durable for frequent vehicle access, while the standard version is ideal for infrequent use, pedestrian traffic, and heavy material placement.
